Introducing our new policy analyst

We’re excited to introduce the newest member of the Minnesota Budget Project team: Caitlin Biegler.

Caitlin is our new policy analyst. She joined us last week after interning for several think tanks in Washington, D.C., most recently the DC Fiscal Policy Institute.

Caitlin brings a strong analytic background and knowledge of issues including poverty, income inequality, unemployment, Medicaid and health care.

Caitlin hit the ground running here at the Minnesota Budget Project. She is already hard at work on some major projects, and you’ll be seeing her name on blog posts and issue briefs.

She’s also very passionate about the work we do for a future Minnesota where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.

Caitlin earned her master’s degree in public policy from George Washington University. She has a bachelor’s degree in public health from Tulane University in New Orleans.
